I have lived in the Portland area all my life & have closed many transactions in many different market conditions including residential, commercial, multi-family & land sales. I am a certified DRS (Doctors Referral Service) agent and specialize in helping physicians purchase property and obtain financing. I am also a credited SFR agent (short sale and foreclosure resource) and have helped many clients with purchasing foreclosures and or representing them in the short sale process. I have been married for thirty two years, have four children, also a daughter and son in-law. We are now empty nesters & loving it. We currently live in Gresham and spend weekends at our condo in Long Beach Washington when our work schedule permits.
In 2005 for Spring Break I joined my daughter Kimberly & Campus Crusade of Oregon State University on a trip to New Orleans. We spent the entire week gutting homes for Katrina survivors. It was definitely the most amazing thing I have ever done. I also drive for "Meals on Wheels" once a week delivering meals to home bound seniors. In 2009 I was inducted into the Remax Hall of Fame as well as being in the top 10% of sales for Remax Equity Group . In October of 2009 my husband & I traveled to Italy checking off one of the goals on my bucket list. We definitely hope to go back someday. Put your trust in a professional!
